Refund policy

We want your bumper spacer kit to fit right and look right. If it doesn't work out, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your kit must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging with all brackets, hardware, and instructions included. Kits that have been installed, modified, or show signs of installation are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to ship the kit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or a defective product). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the kit is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong year range or spacer size? The fastest path is to return the unopened kit and place a new order for the correct one — or contact us and we'll help you swap it.
